The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Job Center and Domestic Violence Liaison (DVL) Unit staff that the two local equivalents to the State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) forms, the Notice of Decision on Waiver to Allow a Temporary Delay in Public Assistance Requirement(s) (Adequate Only) (M-322f) and the Notification of Decision on a Continuation of Waiver to Allow a Temporary Delay in Public Assistance Requirement(s) (Timely and Adequate) (M-322g), are now obsolete.
