(This Policy Directive Replaces PD #08-39-SYS)
This policy directive is being revised to:
• Add Attachment B which provides details on when a CNS Notice will not be generated.
• Correct the chart on page 2 to indicate that A codes are fill codes.
• Add RJ as an appropriate Transaction code on page 4.
