The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Job Center staff that the Spanish version of the Determination of Eligibility for Emergency Assistance to Needy Families (EAF) (W-145TT [S]) form is now obsolete because it is an internal document. Applicants/participants are not required to complete or sign the form, therefore a Spanish equivalent is not needed.
