(This Policy Directive Revises PD #08-25-OPE and Obsoletes CD #1982-158)
This policy directive has been revised to:
• add a section entitled “Children’s Corner Passes” that provides instructions on distributing Children’s Corner admission passes;
• amend the instructions concerning the capacity of the room to indicate that there must be no more than 12 to 15 children in the Children’s Corner at any given time;
• omit any reference regarding contacting the Front Door Reception FDR) clerk when the Children’s Corner exceeds capacity limits;
• inform staff that the parent/guardian must include his/her ticket number on the Children’s Corner Registration form (W-274H);
• amend the first line on page one of form W-274H to read Job/Food Stamp Center Name”;
• delete the word “Job” from the first sentence of the note immediately following the table on page two of form W-274H; and
• add “Bushwick/CTR 66” to the listing of Children’s Corners Attachment A).
