The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform all Job Center and Non-Public Assistance (NPA) Food Stamp (FS) Office staff that the Mandated Job Center Signage form (M-98c) and the Mandated NPA Food Stamp Office Signage form (M-98d) have been revised as follows: A footnote has been added for items 15 and 16 on the M-98c, which states that the FIA-19 does not apply to RTSC #52. *The removal date for the State Tax Refund Offset Program (STROP) poster (FIA-50 and FIA-50 [S]) expired and the form has therefore been removed from the Temporary section of the M-98c form. *The 2004 EITC Campaign poster (FIA-36 and FIA -36 [S]) has been removed from both the M-98c and M-98d since the removal date for posting is December 31, 2005. (Note: Upon receipt of the 2005 EITC Campaign poster from the Department of Consumer Affairs, Center Directors/Office Site Managers will receive instructions for posting it.) *The text in the Description column for items 28 through 34 on the M-98d was changed to better reflect the purpose of the corresponding posters.
