• clarify information regarding expired “K” (Spouse or Minor Child of a U.S. Citizen) or “V” (Spouse or Minor Child of a Lawful Permanent Resident) visa holders
• issue a revised Permanently Residing Under the Color of Law (PRUCOL) Desk Guide (W-205JJ)
• revise information regarding the issuance of interim “U” (Victims
of Certain Crimes) visa relief
• announce the revision of the State’s Alien Eligibility Desk Aid
