Every year, recipients of Retirement Survivors Disability Insurance RSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) receive a Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA), which is based on the annual change in the Federal Consumer Price Index (CPI) (see Attachment A). Accordingly, this increase must be budgeted for cash assistance (CA and FS participants.
