The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform all staff that the child care related procedures listed below are now obsolete for the following reasons:
• PD #99-101 New WMS Child Care Payment Codes for Basic Educational Data System (BEDS) Day Care
The codes used for legally exempt day care in PD #99-101 no longer exist.
• PB #00-21 Use of Special Grant Code 57
• PD #99-38 Generating Supplemental/Transitional Child Care Payments For Employed Individuals
• PD #00-82 Converting Child Care Payments into the Automated Child Care Information System ACCIS)
• PD #00-83 Generating Supplemental Child Care for Employed Individuals prior to the Implementation of the Automated Child Care Information System (ACCIS)
