The purpose of this policy bulletin is to announce that PD #00-45 (Workforce Investment Act [WIA]) is now obsolete. The Human Resource Administration (HRA) no longer operates any of the one-stop career centers. One Stop Career Centers, which are now called Workforce 1 Career Centers, are operated by the New York City Department of Small Business Services.
