The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform all Job Center and Non-Cash Assistance Food Stamp (NCA FS) Center staff that the Leaving Public Assistance and Keeping Your Job Form (W-203R) has been renamed, revised, and updated. The new title of the W-203R is Benefits and Services for Employed Individuals Quick Reference Guide. It is a comprehensive guide to a multitude of resources including medical benefits, housing, child care, and tax credits provided by various federal, state, and city agencies. The benefits and services noted on the W-203R are primarily for employed individuals.
