(This Policy Bulletin Replaces PB 07-36-OPE and PB 07-119-OPE)
The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Job and Food Stamp Center staff about rules concerning the acceptance of original documents and/or copies for Cash Assistance (CA), Food Stamp (FS) and Medicaid (MA) eligibility determination.
At application/recertification or whenever proof of eligibility is presented, copies of documentation may be accepted from FS applicants/participants.
