(This Policy Directive Replaces PD #07-25-OPE)
This directive includes new check reconciliation codes and procedures to be used to issue replacement checks for two-party or direct vendor rent checks. It explains that: " CA grants can be issued to replace restricted (two-party or direct vendor) payments that are lost, stolen or incorrectly issued (incorrect landlord name and/or address). If both the reported lost check and the replacement check have been cashed, the duplicated amount must be recouped."
