The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Job Center and Non-Cash Assistance Food Stamp (NCA FS) Center staff that the Union Square Food Stamp Center (F11) ceased accepting new applications for Food Stamps effective March 1, 2008.
F11 will operate as the Change Center for other Food Stamp Centers in the Manhattan Region. Change Centers handle the processing of case actions that do not require in person interviews.
