The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform staff that the issuance of immediate need grants will now be limited for public assistance (PA) reapplicants whose last application occurred within three months (90 days) prior to the current application and:
• were issued an immechate need grant(s) as a result of the prior application and
• the application was subsequently denied for failure to comply with an eligibility requirement(s) without good cause.
