The purpose of this Policy Bulletin is to inform staff that until further notice, Non-Public Assistance (NPA) Food Stamp (FS) applicants/participants who claim they cannot work because of a physical or mental disability must not be sent to HS Systems (HSS) for a medical evaluation as previously instructed in PD #02-34-EMP.
