This policy bulletin is to inform Job Center staff that the latest version of the Paperless Office System (POS), Version 10.1, is scheduled for release on March 20, 2006. Descriptions of the changes can be found in Attachment A of this document.
COMMENTS: This is a gem for the those who can sort through the technical morass. Among other things, it 1) includes technical changes on calcuating the SUA in certain FS cases,2) eliminates the requirement for an alien number in certain circumstances ("alien type B"), and says that 3) "The clock down period for a closing action has been extended in WMS 2006.1. The SIC Activity has been updated to use this extended clock down period when it calculates the expiration date of the action clocking down."- maybe this means HRA has given itself more time to enter "settled in conference" on the computer?
