This policy bulletin is to inform staff that the Real Property Tax Credit Notice (W-516E) has been revised both to accommodate a State requirement that HRA must now use the state’s Claim for Real Property Tax Credit for Homeowners and Renters (IT-214) form instead of the HRA version, and to provide a new address to which the form is mailed.
