The purpose of this policy bulletin is to remind staff that the Alien Eligibility Desk Aid (W-205V) was made obsolete in PD #06-24-ELI and was replaced by the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) Alien Eligibility Desk Aid (LDSS-4579).
