This policy bulletin is to inform Job Center staff and Non-Cash Assistance Food Stamp (NCA FS) Office staff that the latest versions of the Paperless Office System (POS) and the Food Stamp Paperless Office System (FS POS), respectively, are scheduled to migrate to production on December 17, 2007.
Descriptions of the POS release changes for Job Center staff can be found in POS Release Notes Version 11.3.1 (Attachment A) and POS Release Notes Version 11.3.1 Appendix A (Attachment B). Descriptions of the FS POS release changes for NCA FS Office staff can be found in FS POS Release Notes Version 1.3.1 (Attachment C) and FS POS Release Notes Version 1.3.1 Appendix A (Attachment D).
