This policy bulletin is to inform staff that HRA’s Office of Child Care Programs (OCCP) conducted a mailing to parents using informal child care services to inform them about early childhood educational programs such as Universal Pre-Kindergarten, Head Start and Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) contracted day care centers.
