The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform staff of the MetroCard Incentive Project Flyer – Mailer Only (EXP-78) which will be mailed directly to employed participants by MIS. The flyer announces the availability of a free monthly unlimited MetroCard which can be issued for up to six months, and includes a telephone number that the participant can call for more information. The flyer was created to target employed participants who have found unsubsidized employment and may qualify for the MetroCard Incentive Project (MIP).
