The purpose of this bulletin is to inform staff that a pilot program offering full-time employed Non-Public Assistance (NPA) Food Stamp (FS) participants the opportunity to recertify by mail and phone instead of a face-to-face in-office interview will take place at the Colgate NPA FS Center (F32) in the Bronx. This pilot will begin with the June 2004 recertifications.
