The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform staff that effective May 1, 2004, Food Stamp (FS) households in which all the applicants/participants are elderly or disabled and without any earned income will be subject to the ten-day change reporting rule. This means the change must be reported within ten (10) days of the time the change is known.
