This policy bulletin is to inform staff that, as a result of the settlement of the Acevedo lawsuit, two notices (EXP-76M and EXP-76N) have been developed for a future mass mailing going out to those public assistance participants whose cases were or have been sanctioned on or after January 1, 2000 because of noncompliance with requirements of the Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE).
