This policy bulletin is to inform staff that the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs produced posters and palm cards relating to the Eamed Income Tax Credit (EITC). EITC is a federal/state refundable tax credit for low-income workers. The posters and palm cards titled "It's Your Money. Come and Get It" have been developed in an effort to encourage eligible New Yorkers to take actvantage of this tax credit for 2003 and possibly prior years as well.
