The purpose of this policy bulletin is to provide staff with a clarification regarding the September 11th Federal Victim Compensation Fund. In PB #01-66-EMP, staff were informed that certain federal benefits relating to the World Trade Center disaster were exempt as resource and income for Public Assistance, Food Stamps and/or Medical Assistance (PA, FS, MA).
