The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform all staff that the Food Stamp Change Report Form (DSS-3151), which is currently available in English and Spanish, is now available in eight additiona languages: Arabic, Chinese, French, Haitian Creole, Korean, Russian, Vietnamese, and Yiddish.
