#04-20-ELI: Safety Net Application Process For Sanctioned FA Households

(This Policy Directive Replaces PD #01-67-ELI)
Family Assistance (FA) households in sanction status and approaching the 60-month time limit for cash assistance will be called into the Job Center for continued eligibility determination. All nonexempt adults who do not qualify for a time limit exemption must complete an application for Safety Net Assistance, and comply with all eligibility and employment requirements if they wish to continue receiving public assistance after the 60-month time limit expires.
