(This Policy Directive Replaces PD #04-02-ELI)
The policy directive has been revised to reflect the following changes:
• PA Closing Code F38 has been removed from this policy directive, as it is not a valid PA closing code.
• Cases with PA Denial Code 206 are ineligible for a Medicaid Separate Determination. Medicaid is not discontinued on these cases, since they never originally received Medicaid.
