This policy directive has been revised to inform staff that:
• the language in the Determination of Eligibility for Emergency Assistance to Families (EAF) form (W-145TT) has been revised to clarify policy; and
• the Federal Poverty Level Guidelines have been updated effective April 1, 2004.
