This PB announces the rollout of a new viewing system for HRA workers to view all documents. The system will be rolled out this month and fullly implemented in all Job Centers and FS Centers. According to the PB:
The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform all Staff at Job Centers and Non-Cash Assistance Food Stamp (NCA FS) Centers of the new HRA OneViewer Web-based application which provides access to all HRA documents, images and records. HRA OneViewer replaces the HRA Viewer and provides Workers with the ability to search and retrieve documents and document-related information from the HRA Document Repository faster. It also allows existing applications such as the Paperless Office System (POS) to access the viewer which in turn allows the Worker to stay within the application to retrieve information. The HRA OneViewer will incorporate all existing documents from the current HRA and POS Viewers.
The HRA OneViewer will first be implemented in the following Centers in November 2007:
Linden Center 67
Euclid Center 78
Union Square Center 39
Union Square Non-Cash Assistance Food Stamp Center F11
Veterans Center 62
Additional locations will receive access to the HRA OneViewer in the near future. Full implementation will be completed in December 2007.
