#06-11-ELI: Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) And Other Tax Credits For The Tax Year 2005
The information in this policy directive is for staff in all Job Centers and Non-Public Assistance (NPA) Food Stamp (FS) Offices. It is informational for all other staff. This policy directive has been revised to inform staff that Federal and State EITC are excluded as a resource for food stamp (FS) purposes as long as the EITC amount is identifiable. (This Policy Directive Replaces PD #06-02-ELI)
