The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Job Center staff that due to the separate food stamp determination process, the Referral to NPA Food Stamp Center (W-132K) form is now obsolete. In addition, staff should no longer refer to Policy Directive #99-23R (Food Stamp Application Referrals from IS/Job Center), as the information contained in the directive is now obsolete.
