This policy bulletin is to inform all staff of a mailing being sent to parents/guardians which informs them of changes in child care policy that will allow certain legally-exempt child care providers to administer prescribed/regulated medications ("regulated" is defined
as over-the-counter medications other than topically applied ointments, sunscreen and topically applied insect repellent).
