The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform staff responsible for preparing Fair Hearing evidence packets of the new Conference and Fair Hearing Evidence Packet Preparation Desk Aid (W-206C). The W-206C is designed to assist all staff responsible for preparing Fair Hearing evidence packets In Job Centers and Non-Public Assistance Food Stamp (NPA FS) Offices in the preparation of complete, concise and relevant Fair Hearing evidence packets. Evidence packets provide the Fair Hearing Representative With the documentation required to defend actions taken by the Family Independence Administration (FIA) at Fair Hearings.
