The instructions in this policy directive are for staff in Job Centers and Non-Public Assistance (NPA) Food Stamp (FS) Offices. This policy directive has been revised to inform staff of the following changes pertaining to the Human Resources Administration (HRA)internal grievance procedure: • The section on the internal grievance procedure has been revised. • The address for submitting a written complaint has been changed.
