The Internal Revenue Service provides both Federal and State tax credits to employed individuals with low income earnings. The tax credits are referred to as Earned Income Tax Credits (EITC).
The Federal and State EITC are excluded as income and resources for both Public Assistance (PA) and Food Stamps (FS).
