(This Policy Directive Replaces PD #03-05-ELI)
This policy directive has been revised to inform staff that:
* Wyoming is the only state int he United States (U.S.) that does not have an Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) system.
* Puerto Rico does not fall under the jurisdiction of the Federal food stamp (FS) rules regarding the EBT system's interoperability and portability.
* Added specific documentation needed to verify a move to another state.
