The purpose to this policy bulletin is to inform Job Center staff that pages 95 to 119 and 144 to 166 of the New York State Welfare Management System (WMS) Authorization of Grants Manual should be referenced for instructions on registering and processing cash assistance (CA) cases involving legal aliens.
