(This Policy Directive Replaces PD #03-44-SYS)
This policy directive is being revised to:
• obsolete the Document Verification Request form (W-515D) and replace it with the Document Verification Request form (G-845S) (Attachment A)
• revise the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) Referral form (W-515X)
• revise the instructions for navigating the SAVE system
• replace references to W-205V (Alien Eligibility Desk Aid) with LDSS-4579 (Alien Eligibility Desk Aid).
