This Policy Directive is about rental assistance programs for shelter residents:
The following new programs coordinated between HRA and the Department of Homeless Services (DHS) provide selected shelter residents as well as former shelter residents who obtained permanent housing through the Housing Stability Plus (HSP) program with rental assistance to secure and establish permanent
housing:
* Work Advantage
* Children Advantage
* Fixed Income Advantage
* Short-term Assistance Advantage
