This policy bulletin is being revised to inform staff that:
.. New York State changed the company that manages the Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) system. Any references to CONNECTEBT were changed to ebtEDGE. Individuals will have to use a new website (www.ebtedge.com) or the ebtEDGE mobile app.
.. The BRC-1063, FLY-1130, FIA-1264, HRA-210, HRA210a, HRA-210b, PALM-65 forms were updated with information on ebtEDGE.
.. The Changes to New York’s EBT System (FLY-1154) provides information on the change to ebtEDGE.
