The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Benefits Access Center (BAC), HIV/AIDS Services Administration (HASA), Non-Cash Assistance Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (NCA SNAP) Center staff and all other programs that the Cash Assistance Application Kit Forms (M-90c) and the Cash Assistance Recertification Kit Forms (M-90d) have been revised.
