The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform all Benefits Access Centers (BAC), HIV and AIDS Services Administration (HASA) Centers, and Non Cash Assistance Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (NCA SNAP) Center staff that five (5) desk guides for the recurring semi-annual schedules and one (1) annual desk guide for certification periods have been revised to reflect the dates from January 2024 through June 2024.
