The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Non-Cash Assistance (NCA) Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Center staff of the changes in the New York State Nutrition Improvement Project (NYSNIP) standardized benefit levels. These changes are due to the annual adjustments in SNAP allotments and deductions and are effective October 1, 2023.
