(This Policy Bulletin Replaces PB #14-86-OPE)
The purpose of this policy bulletin is to advise all Benefits Access Center staff that the initial referral to OCSS for an applicant will now be scheduled at least twenty (20) calendar days from the date of the Family Independence Administration (FIA) application/recertification interview. Additionally, applicants are given the option of an in-person or telephone referral which the JOS/Worker will schedule based on their response, which began on June 20, 2023.
