The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Benefits Access Center (BAC), Non-Cash Assistance (NCA) Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Center, and HIV/AIDS Services Administration (HASA) Center staff that the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) has begun to issue Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT) food benefits for the 2021-2022 school year and summer 2022 period to eligible children.
