The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Benefits Access Centers and Child Care Review Team (CCRT) staff that pursuant to 21-OCFSADM- 30, HRA must provide child care assistance for a twelve-month eligibility period. Under new child care regulations, individuals determined eligible for child care assistance must have such child care continue throughout the 12-month child care eligibility period. There are only limited exceptions that permit child care assistance to terminate before the completion of the 12-month eligibility period. This policy bulletin is informational for all other staff.
