The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Benefits Access Center (BAC), HIV/AIDS Services Administration (HASA) and Non-Cash Assistance (NCA) Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Center staff that the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) has obtained an extension of a statewide waiver of the Able-Bodied Adults Without Dependents (ABAWD) time limits through February 29, 2024.
