The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Benefits Access Center, HIV/AIDS Services Administration (HASA) Center staff and Non-Cash Assistance Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (NCA SNAP) Center staff that the emergency Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) allotments will end in February 2023 as a result of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 which was enacted on December 29, 2022.
